Shipping and Returns Policy
$15.00 flat rate for all domestic orders
For international customers, we are unable to offer shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order:
We send orders via USPS. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.
In-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We use USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, expect delivery time of 1-3 business days based on destination.
We accept requests for return within 14 days of delivery for refund; original delivery cost will not be refunded. All sunglasses, including accessories and packaging, must be in original condition and unused. Must be returned in original packaging.
All accepted returned items will inquire an additional restocking fee of $40.00; which will be automatically deducted from refund amount. This will be to cover expenses for shipping & processing returns.
To request a return label for your product, please email your request and order number to our customer service team at: email@example.com. Expect a reply within 24-72 hours.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
